Volunteers from Northwest Trail Alliance, Growlers Gulch Racing & Daybreak Racing worked together to clear 10+ miles of trail around the lake in 5 hours. There was also a crew who worked alongside our partners at USFS in constructing & installing a turn-pike (bridge) in an area that has long been a challenge for users to safely navigate. The cost of the materials for the bridge was paid in part by NWTA & Daybreak Racing.

Dedicated volunteers working to install a much needed turn-pike for all users.
Volunteers from Daybreak Racing helped get the trails cleared.

After the work was done volunteers gathered back at the weekends base camp for a meal sponsored by NWTA. Cold beverages were generously provided by Lagunitas Brewing & Brew Dr. Kombucha.

French Fries were an exciting treat. Thanks to The Pearson’s!

BIG THANKS go out to everyone who brought side dishes & deserts to share with the group. The Pearson’s even made French Fries on site!
