NWTA Winter Group ride - CANCELLED DUE TO SNOW STORM

Are you itching to get out in the winter for a ride, but don't know where to ride?  Please join us for a winter social ride at a great place that many people may not be aware of in Castle Rock, WA.  This trail system, also known as "Growlers",has over 40 miles of single track for all levels.  We will have a number of tour guides to lead groups of all levels (fast to moderate paced) and a woman's group.

We are going to have two meeting places: one will be a carpool at the Salmon Creek park and ride in Vancouver, and the other will be at the rest stop in Castle Rock.  Below are the details where to meet and what to expect. If you are familiar with Growlers and want to just meet us at the gate and the end of Growlers Gulch road, please be dressed and ready to ride by 10am.  We will ride for about 3 hours, then will go to Porky's in Longview for great beer and food afterwards.

When: Saturday February 8th 10am

I'd be happy to lead a moderate-paced, Enduro-oriented group.

the park & ride in salmon creek is closed, but there is one off 99th street. It is behind the McDonald's, West of the freeway.
