Event description

This month we have 2 special presentations from our friends from the East.

Timberline Bike Park will join us to talk about the NEW Lift Assisted Bike Park on the Mountain.

Hood River Area Trail Stewards (HRATS) will also join us to give us the latest update about the future of recreational trails in Post Canyon.

Join us at Mt Tabor Brewing – Portland Tap Room (21+ only) to learn more.

Timberline Bike Park

The Timberline Bike Park is officially open for its first “preview” season. The bike park will operate seven days a week through Labor Day, with a revised schedule in the fall. Please visit our Conditions page or follow Timberline Lodge on social media for regular updates.

While we continue construction with Phase 2 of the Timberline Bike Park, we ask that guests and public stay out of construction areas for their own safety as well as the safety of the build crew.

In order to access the Timberline Bike Park you will need a lift ticket or bike season pass, helmet, close-toed shoes and functioning front and rear brakes. Full suspension bikes are strongly recommended. Timberline is not responsible for damaged equipment, use this terrain at your own risk. At the request of Timberline’s partner in recreation, the US Forest Service, eBikes will not be allowed in the Timberline Bike Park until formal and consistent federal lands eBike policy is finalized. Timberline looks forward to assisting in the matter as a responsible steward of Mt. Hood.
