Off-Road Cycling’s Debut at the Dirt Lab

  • Saturday, June 24, 11am through 4pm

Gathering at Gateway Green will introduce all of the metro region’s cycling community to the Dirt Lab, the city’s newest bike park and a prototype of urban mountain biking’s future in Portland.

Initially offering more than three miles of cycling-only, IMBA-built single-track, a dirt-jump line, a skills development area, and a pump track, the Dirt Lab becomes the perfect, transit-served destination for casual rides, training, coaching, classes, and events. Check out the site plan.

In addition to open riding, come enjoy:

• Adult and youth demo bikes, courtesy of Fat Tire Farm and Performance Bicycle

• Dirt jumping, pump track, and skills course exhibitions and instruction

• “Guided tours” for youth who’ve never experienced on-trail mountain biking
