Wanted: 50-52 cm road bike for commuting/light touring

HI NWTA Members,

I'm in the market for a 50-52 cm road bike for commuting/light touring. A steel frame is desired. Disc brakes desired but not necessary. Rack mount capable. Front panier mount desired but not necessary. Quality components and in good repair. $400-650. Got a bike that fits the bill? I'd love to see it.
