Are you interested in niche bike trailers?

How much money, if any, would you be willing to pay for a bike trailer that was designed specifically for mtn biking (could be use on the road as well) and would carry anything from groceries or overnight gear to tools, maybe a dog (sorry, no kids)?  The ideal trailer would be able to pivot up and down, side to side, and tilt independent of bike angle when the trail isn't flat.  The clearance would be the same as the BB of the bike and the trailer would roll on one full size wheel (maybe a spring included), either 29 or 26 so no special tubes or tools would be needed for repair.  Seat post mount with quick release.  Not sure how much overall weight or how much it would carry.  Just thinking of the possibilities and don't see anything like this out there.  Want to build one but am unsure how much it would cost, or be worth to others.
