On Saturday, we will be focused on cutting new trail for XC singletrack.   Project area will be that "viewpoint thumb" which will be extension of the current 2 mile trail loop...

Are there any westsiders going to this build day?  My truck broke down and I need to hitch a ride...

Can use my wifes car, but that's less than ideal.

I'll get there somehow...  Hope to see at least one other NWTA volunteer there, but know there's a lot going on this weekend - so if not helping out at Stub then there's always the Forest Park project...

Got two RSVP's thru the Facebook event.  Sweet!   See you guys out there...

Can't wait to get boots back out on the ground at Stub and swinging some McClouds/moving dirt!

The park trail manager will be out as well - but he'll be leading a different project someplace else in park.  There's group of Eagle scouts doing projects for the park.

Thanks to those who were able to make it to this build event at stub.   we knocked out a decent amount of new trail (500 yards or so - not bad for a crew of 3!)  I'll send in your time to the point keeper.

Got 2+ more miles to dig before the entire 6 mile loop will be done.  gonna take 3 years of work by volunteer trail builders to finish out the overall trail network in mountain biking only zone at stub.
