Plains of Abraham named IMBA Epic
In the latest issue of IMBA Trail News IMBA named the Plains of Abraham Trail and the Smith Creek loop on Mount St. Helens as one of the newest IMBA Epics.
Congrats have to go out to every one who has volunteered their time and effort to maintain this trail and kept it open. A special thanks has to go to David Anderson for all his hard work and dedication to the Monument.

NICE work! Will
NICE work! Will there be more communication about this? A forum post to the community is one thing, but is there a press release going out? This is important thing which NWTA should trumpet - especially with NWTA's volunteer involvement. Need to score those points in the hearts and minds of the general public as well as wider mountain biking community.
Thank You Thank you Thank
Thank You Thank you Thank you to any and all that have maintained this loop.
I just recently had my first experience up there and it was an amazing day.
I highly recommend being up on the Plains of Abraham for a sunrise. Simply awesome!
