CANCELLED - Post T Day fun ride Stub Stewart State Park mtb loop - good for 'cross/mtb!

Open to  mountain bikers and cyclocross riders!   Pedal Nation is ride group based out of Hillsboro for mountain bikers as well as road riding.

Pedal Nation leading fun/"easy" (depending on your fitness level, post Thanksgiving Day) group ride from Buxton trailhead (on Banks-Vernonia Trail) into L.L. Stub Stewart State Park up Hares Canyon trail to mountain biking zone and doing the loop, then back out and ending at Buxton trailhead.

Easy pace, but may split into faster and "well fed" slower group (I'll be at the back of the pack).  Beginners to Intermediate levels welcome!   Nobody left behind in any case.

This will be the daylight explore trip - Pedal Nation will be doing night rides early Spring using this loop.

B-V is paved, but in the woods...  Hares Canyon is natural surface path... plus the Singletrack loop is fresh towards end (so gonna be mucky 10% - just the way 'cross riders like it, eh?).    This loop would actually make for an EXCELLENT Cyclocross training loop - hint! hint! - it's got great mix of terrain - 2+ mile of flat, long rolling climb on natural, into flowing down singletrack, some more easy climbing, then back down and out on B-V to Buxton!

Looking at 8 - 10 miles of riding.

Meet at Buxton trailhead before 9am.
