A member of our community recently passed away. Mike “Ray” Bayley provided years and years of volunteer work for mountain biking and urban cycling through PUMP and NWTA, supporting trail work parties and advocacy meetings. He was a long time representative of the mountain bike community for trail access at Powell Butte. We can be thankful that people like Ray choose to be so generous with their time for the benefit of our community. Click here for Ray’s Obituary.
There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m., July 28, 2018, at Omega Funeral Home in Portland.
