I am leading a early morning ride on Saturday so that we can be back into Portland around 1 (no later than 2).

Meeting location at the 217/26 transit ctr at 8AM, with the goal of being at the trailhead by 9AM.

Trails: Storey Burn / Nels Rogers / Historic Hiking Trail / ...

This ride is for "Advanced" riders as the pace will be fast, but not race pace.

Storey Burn - Sickter Lars Trails

Join me for an Intermediate skill level, relaxed pace ride on Storey Burn and
Sickter Lars trails. The ride will require intermediate skill level due to the
amount of sustained climbing involved on Storey Burn and the built features on
Sickter Lars. The pace will be relaxed with regroups, no one left behind. The
ride is about 8 to 9 miles in length depending on the amount of riding we want
to do. Both of these trails drain well and have been cleared of blowdown so we
should have a good ride.

Tilly Ride - Storey Burn/Roger's Camp/Gales Creek

JD and I are riding the fantastic Storey Burn/Roger's Camp/Gales Creek ride in the Tilly tomorrow. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome to. The three trails combine into an awesome ride that gives you a great variety of fun trail in one ride: Flowey, rooty, tight, twisty, technical, "up," and "down" 18 miles that you end with a rippin' 4+ miles of crazy bugs-in-your-teeth downhill.

Brown's Camp Memorial Weekend Ride x2!

Time for a Brown's Camp Ride!
(AKA: Roger's Camp) 

JD & I hear this trail has come out from under its snow blanket and is ready for riding. Several folks have e-mailed us that they've ridden it over the last two weeks and it is in pristine condition! The long weekend will give us time for a Monday recovery.

Anybody ridden Storey Burn or Brown's Camp recently?  Anyone know what the conditions are like?
