Recently, the Board of Directors attended a Board retreat where we discussed the future and development of the Northwest Trail Alliance. In light of our recent progress, becoming a chapter of IMBA, and expanding our scope we have taken a detailed look at our by-laws.  It is our belief these new by-laws will allow our organization to grow and prosper into the future. We are asking our membership to approve these by-laws at our Nov. 24 general membership meeting.

At the Feb. 24th Portland United Mountain Pedalers (PUMP) General Membership Meeting the PUMP Board of Directors is submitting to the membership the following changes to the by-laws of PUMP, as well as special Director’s election for a vote.
