Quick apology up front, I was trying to take notes on my phone, so keeping up was very difficult.
Announcements:
St Hellen's Fest is coming up.
Tour de Tillamook coming up on July 30th. 3rd year running, great event
Oakridge trip coming up
Sandy trails still closed. Reworking drainage. Hide and seek open on Friday. Bridge is going in do e the next couple weeks.
Late July open for the top. Freeride formalized hopefully by the the end of the summer hope to have a dense trail system.
4-7 miles in mallala trails going in

New By-Laws up for vote Nov. 24 General Membership meeting (story)
Submitted by Amy on Mon, 11/02/2009 - 9:00pm.Recently, the Board of Directors attended a Board retreat where we discussed the future and development of the Northwest Trail Alliance. In light of our recent progress, becoming a chapter of IMBA, and expanding our scope we have taken a detailed look at our by-laws. It is our belief these new by-laws will allow our organization to grow and prosper into the future. We are asking our membership to approve these by-laws at our Nov. 24 general membership meeting.
