Last weekend a group of motivated leaders gathered for a Leadership Retreat hosted at Stub Stewart. Ideas were shared along with optimism and excitement for the future. Result was the creation of an event calendar and an action plan for 2017. 2017 is going to be another amazing year for NWTA. Check the NWTA website often

NWTA Equipment Theft – UPDATE

Sunday 10/30/16 – UPDATE Multnomah County Sheriffs have recovered our stolen equipment. It was great police work, combined with NWTA social media network looking for it that led to the recovery. This is great news because our crew will be able to use the equipment at Gateway Green as scheduled.       Good guys 1 /

Stub Bridge(s) Update + Photos

We are making progress on the TWO new bridges at Stub (paid for by NWTA). Logs are in place and decking will start next week. Extremely excited about being able to ride across these soon.         

Dirt Lab @ Gateway Green Crowdfund success – Trail building underway

Great news from our partners at the Friends of Gateway Green. The well-publicized fundraising campaign was a complete success with $101,180 raised! Thanks to everyone that contributed! As if the successful fundraising campaign wasn’t enough good news, these funds allow Dirt Lab @ Gateway Green to start digging trails right now. Yes, that’s right, new single track trails

Timberline MTB – Advocacy Alert

  ADVOCACY  ALERT!! Timberline Mountain Bike Trails and Skills Park NWTA’s advocacy team has been working with our friends at Timberline Lodge and Ski Area to provide any assistance they need in this herculean multi-year court battle.
