About Northwest Trail Alliance Wiki
The NWTA Wiki is a separate yet integrated extension to the main nw-trail.org website. This NWTA Wiki allows users of site to view information provided by other mountain bikers, "subscribe" (watch) pages, and registered users may add their own content, revise existing content, and take part in discussions about particular pages.
Basically, the information is provided by all of you -- mountain bikers -- for mountain bikers. Anyone can help improve the information by editing any page.
You do need to be logged in to edit pages, we don't allow "anonymous" edits.
- There are some ground rules.
- Here's a FAQ.
- Wiki background:
- If you aren't familiar with wikis and want to know (lots) more, read this article, but know that it'll give you lots of detail you won't necessarily need, and that a lot of the discussion is inspired by very large wiki websites like Wikipedia which have all kinds of interesting problems that we hope never to deal with!
- Your contributions may be edited:
- Please understand that if you add information to the wiki, someone else may edit it or update it. That's the idea. If you disagree about what should be in the article, you can use the "discussion page" (also called "talk page") to exchange arguments.
