Participants will be learning safety techniques and tool identification/uses\, as well as hands-on training of corridor clearing\, drainage\, tread repair and benchwork. \n\n\n\nNorthwest Trail Alliance’s Trail Sustainability Institute’s goal is to foster a culture of land stewardship within the mountain bike community. We’ll provide the tools and guidance\, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring:\n\n\n\n\nWork clothes: long sleeve shirt\, and long pants (no shorts)\n\n\n\nSturdy boots\, gloves\, and eye protection\n\n\n\nWater\, snacks\, and lunch\n\n\n\n\nTools:\n\n\n\nWe will have tools\, but we could use more grass trimers (i.e. weed whackers)\, hedge trimmers\, and mowers.
