DESCRIPTION:Great opportunity to get the gravity lines up and going again! \n\n\n\n\nREGISTER FOR 10/3 DIG DAY\n\n\n\n\nDetails \n\n\n\nTrimet’s Better Red Phase 3 construction has begun. While it has significantly affected the beloved gravity lines\, Portland Parks & Recreation has once again brought back the original line builder Sasquatch Trails to rework the remaining open line. \n\n\n\nSasquatch has been out working creating tabletops and banked turns\, and now we need you to help put the final touches so that we can open the trail. \n\n\n\nWhere to Meet \n\n\n\nMeet at the start hill at the bottom 3rd of the Gravity Lines \n\n\n\nGetting to the Event \n\n\n\nRide your bike or take public transportation. If you must drive\, on-street parking is available around the Gateway Transit Center. If you’re dropping someone off\, you can use one of the quick-drop spaces in the Transit Center’s overflow lot. We do not encourage you to park in neighboring residential areas. \n\n\n\nWhat to Bring \n\n\n\nFace Covering as recommended by the CDCYour bikeWork clothes: Light long sleeve shirt\, Long Pants (no shorts)\, Boots\, Gloves\, Eye Protection & GlovesJacket (be prepared)Hard hat or bike helmet (mandatory)WaterSnacks Lunch\n\n\n\nTools will be provided. \n\n\n\nCOVID Protocols \n\n\n\nDue to COVID-19\, masks are mandatory when you cannot maintain safe social distancing. We have also had to limit the number of participants.
