SUMMARY:Friday Night MTB Lights at Stub - 10/14
DESCRIPTION:Night Ride + Beer = NWTA Stub MTB Social \n\n\n\n\nregister\n\n\n\n\nThis is a “no drop” ride.  \n\n\n\nA good riding light is required. Two are recommended\, one for your bars and one for your helmet. \n\n\n\nTypical ride is climb up to Unfit Settlement\, then ride Shoofly\, optional Williams Creek Loop\, then back to Hilltop. This is around 8 miles with about 1\,000 feet of elevation gain. This is about a 1.5 to 2 hour ride.  \n\n\n\nSign this waiver to participate. \n\n\n\nEvents like these are made possible through NWTA membership dollars. If you are not a member or need to renew\, please do so here so we can continue to spread the love! \n\n\n\n*IMPORTANT* These events fill quickly and may have a waitlist of people hoping to join. It is imperative that you stand by your commitment and SHOW UP. We understand that life happens\, please notify us if you are unable to make it\, at least 24 hours before the event so we can offer your spot to someone else.

DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, June 11 at LL Stub Stewart Trail System LAPQUEST. \n\n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\n\nJoin us on Saturday\, June 11th\, from 9 am – 5 pm for the long-awaited return of LapQuest at LL Stub Stewart Trail System. \n\n\n\nEVENT DETAILS: \n\n\n\nLapQuest is a grassroots group ride race/non-race social event. \n\n\n\nCome to race or just do a couple of laps at your speed. It is all the same.  \n\n\n\nThis is a fun social event to celebrate what NWTA volunteers have accomplished at LL Stub Stewart over the last two years. \n\n\n\nBonus motivation ~  \n\n\n\nNeed a reason to get your butt in shape this year? This event can be your motivation to get off the couch and start your training. \n\n\n\nThe question to ask yourself is; how many laps can you do in 4-hours? –and most importantly\, how many can your riding buddies do? \n\n\n\nLapQuest is a ‘challenge ride’ to see how many laps riders can complete within FOUR hours. \n\n\n\nEveryone starts & finishes at the Buxton trailhead. Group start at 9 AM and everyone finishes by 1 PM cut-off time. \n\n\n\nA BBQ social (and beers) follow the ride (thanks to our generous sponsors) \n\n\n\nThis is a FREE event for NWTA members. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, February 26h at LL Stub Stewart Trail System for two large projects! \n\n\n\n\nRegister here\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\n\nJoin us on Saturday\, February 26th\, from 9 am – 2 pm at LL Stub Stewart Trail System\, meeting at the Hilltop Parking area.  \n\n\n\nWe will be tackling two large projects. ` \n\n\n\n1. We have been given the approval to create a Shoofly Bridge Bypass which will reopen the Shoofly trail. Yay!!! \n\n\n\n2. Put the finishing touches on Williams Creek Project by finishing up the final section of the trail. \n\n\n\nBoth of these projects will lead to the reopening of a couple of loved trails and riding routes just in time for the riding season. \n\n\n\nWe need Carpenters and folks to do Dirt work. \n\n\n\nTrail work will last approximately 5 hours\, wrapping up at 2:00.  \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring: \n\n\n\nWork clothes: Light long sleeve shirt\, Long Pants (no shorts)\, Boots\, Gloves\, Eye Protection & GlovesJacket (be prepared)Hard hat or bike helmet (mandatory)Water and snacksFavorite trail tool\, McLeod or Rouge Hoe (We have tools\, but please feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable with your own).Face Covering as recommended by the CDCYour bike (we will be riding to the project site)\n\n\n\nSafety meeting promptly starts at 9 am. Please arrive 15-20 early to ensure that you are adequately checked in. We work in all weather\, so come prepared for the elements\, whatever they may be (and change of clothes in the car for when we finish). \n\n\n\nDue to COVID-19\, you are responsible for bringing your food and beverages for the event. We will have some post-dig beverages from our friends at Hopworks available. \n\n\n\nCOVID Protocols \n\n\n\nDue to COVID-19\, have a mask with you in case you cannot maintain safe social distancing.
