DESCRIPTION:Help us finalize the Pine Creek Extension Project that runs along the southside of Mt St Helens. \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHelp us finalize the Pine Creek Extension Project. This trail winds along a historic lahar\, at the base of Mt St Helens with views of Mt Adams.  \n\n\n\nMEETING LOCATION: 46.163349\, -122.092253 Load into your GPS before you lose service. \n\n\n\nYou will see NWTA signs on the side of the road\, look for cars parked on the side of the road. If you reach the Ape Canyon/Lava Canyon Trailheads\, you have gone too far. \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring: \n\n\n\nYour bike (optional) \n\n\n\nWork clothes: Light long sleeve shirt\, long pants (no shorts)\, boots\, gloves\, eye protection \n\n\n\nJacket (be prepared) \n\n\n\nHard hat or bike helmet (mandatory) \n\n\n\nWater \n\n\n\nSnacks \n\n\n\nLunch \n\n\n\nFavorite trail tool: Folding Handsaw\, McLeod or metal rake (We have tools\, but please feel free to bring your own) \n\n\n\nSafety meeting promptly starts at 9:30 a.m. Please arrive 15-20 mins early to ensure that you are adequately checked in.
