DESCRIPTION:Weekday Morning Group Ride! \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\nWeather and Trail conditions permitting! \n\n\n\nDon’t want to ride alone? \n\n\n\nWant to meet other riders? \n\n\n\nNeed to burn off some Carbs before Thanksgiving? \n\n\n\nIntermediate riders are welcome to join a relaxed Friday morning group ride! \n\n\n\nRide is approximately 6-7 miles long. Maybe 2-3 hrs. \n\n\n\nThe ride is open to all genders\, and will be led by Ride Leader Chris Kelly! \n\n\n\nWhere to meet: \n\n\n\nMeet at the Rocky Point Trailhead parking lot at 10 am. \n\n\n\nWhat does the ride look like: \n\n\n\nThis will be a relaxed ride that starts in the Rocky Point(RP) main parking lot\, to RP United\, to The Hive\, to The Strasser to Joy Climb to Nettle Alley then back to RP United and finishing in the Rocky Point(RP) main parking lot. \n\n\n\nWhat to bring: \n\n\n\n\nA mountain bike in working order\n\n\n\nHelmet\n\n\n\nWater & Snacks\n\n\n\nFirst Aid Kit/ tools for bike repair/ etc.\n\n\n\n\nQuestions can be directed to Chris Kelly at @all-in-clubs@live.com \n\n\n\nUnder the lease agreement with the Rocky Point land manager (Weyerhaeuser) you must be a NWTA Member in good standing AND sign the Rocky Point Waiver to access this property. \n\n\n\nNorthwest Trail Alliance (NWTA) is a membership organization dedicated to creating\, enhancing\, and protecting mountain bike riding opportunities; advocating for trail access; promoting responsible mountain biking; and building\, maintaining\, and riding sustainable trails. DESCRIPTION:Join us on an epic dig day filled with adventure. Help build and maintain the amazing trails of the Rocky Point Trail System. \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a thrilling day of trail building and maintenance at Rocky Point! This in-person event is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who love to get their hands dirty and contribute to the local mountain biking community. Whether you’re a seasoned trail builder or a newbie\, everyone is welcome to lend a hand and make a difference. We’ll provide the tools and guidance\, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a willingness to work as a team. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to give back to the trails we love!  \n\n\n\n9 am – 3 pm at Rocky Point Trails \n\n\n\nTrail work will last approximately 4 hours\, wrapping up at 3:00. \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring: \n\n\n\nYour bike (optional) \n\n\n\nWork clothes: Light long sleeve shirt\, Long Pants (no shorts)\, Boots\, Gloves\, Eye Protection & Gloves \n\n\n\nJacket (be prepared) \n\n\n\nHard hat or bike helmet (mandatory) \n\n\n\nWater \n\n\n\nSnacks \n\n\n\nLunch \n\n\n\nFavorite trail tool\, McLeod or Rouge Hoe (We have tools\, but please feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable with your own). \n\n\n\nOptional: Folding Handsaw \n\n\n\nSafety meeting promptly starts at 9 am. Please arrive 15-20 early to ensure that you are adequately checked in. DESCRIPTION:Join the Trail Sisters for a day of trail work @ Rocky Point. \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\nDig season is here!!! Join the Trail Sisters as we get after some trail updates and maintenance on our beloved Fanny’s Yer Aunt trail (that btw\, was designed and built by women). No experience is required. Trail Sisters are women and non-binary folks who love to support each other both on and off the trail. \n\n\n\nThe dig will run from 9:30 am to 1 pm with lunch (provided) to follow. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure that you are adequately checked in. We are starting promptly at 9:30 am. \n\n\n\nWe will meet in the mid-parking lot at Rocky Point and disburse from there. \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring: \n\n\n\n-Work clothes: Light long-sleeve shirt \n\n\n\n-Long Pants (no shorts) \n\n\n\n-Boots  \n\n\n\n-Gloves \n\n\n\n-Eye Protection  \n\n\n\n-Gloves \n\n\n\n-Jacket (be prepared) \n\n\n\n-Hard hat or bike helmet (mandatory) \n\n\n\n-Water \n\n\n\n-Snacks \n\n\n\nLunch is provided \n\n\n\nTOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED. You are not required to bring any tools\, but if you have your own folding saw\, loppers\, rake\, shovel\, or hoe\, feel free to bring it. \n\n\n\nIn accordance with our agreement with Weyerhaeuser\, the land manager of Rocky Point\, those who enter the property must be a NWTA member in good standing and have signed the Rocky Point Waiver . Join NWTA and become one of 5\,000+ mountain bikers stewarding trails together in NW Oregon and SW Washington. If the cost of membership creates a financial hardship\, please reach out to us\, we can help with that barrier. \n\n\n\nThese events are very popular and sell out quickly.
