Join us at Sandy Ridge for a chill\, guided ride. \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis will be a chill\, guided ride around the trails at Sandy. Ride at your own pace\, get comfy on your bike\, learn from others\, and maybe come away with a riding buddy or two! \n\n\n\nMeet at the main parking lot. Your ride leaders will meet you there\, go over bike safety\, talk about route options\, and show you around! \n\n\n\nNote this is not a clinic\, just an opportunity to come together and ride with other women who are just getting into mountain biking. \n\n\n\nPlease bring: \n\n\n\n\nA mountain bike in good working order (tires pumped\, sealant checked\, bolts tight\, chain clean and lubed\, brakes and shifters working)\n\n\n\nSnacks and water\n\n\n\nA multi-tool\, hand pump\, and extra tube are also good to have!\n\n\n\n\nIf you reigster but find that you are not able to make it\, please cancel your Eventbrite registration so our ride leaders have a good idea of how many folks to expect. \n\n\n\nOnce registered\, please sign the waiver HERE. \n\n\n\nContact carriej@nw-trail.org with any questions.

DESCRIPTION:Berm and jump refreshes on Flow Motion and Hide and Seek. \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJoin us for a Trail Maintenance day at Sandy Ridge. Trail work will last approximately 6 hours\, wrapping up at 3:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nSchedule: \n\n\n\n9:00 AM Safety Meeting in Parking Lot \n\n\n\n9:15 AM Drive up to tool storage area \n\n\n\n9:30 AM Head out to work areas \n\n\n\n2:00 – 2:30 PM Finish up work and head back to tool storage area \n\n\n\n2:30 – 3:00 PM Clean tools and have after trail work refreshments \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring: \n\n\n\nYour bike (optional) \n\n\n\nWork clothes: Light long sleeve shirt\, long pants (no shorts)\, boots\, gloves\, eye protection \n\n\n\nJacket (be prepared) \n\n\n\nHard hat or bike helmet (mandatory) \n\n\n\nWater \n\n\n\nSnacks \n\n\n\nLunch \n\n\n\nFavorite trail tool\, McLeod or Rouge Hoe (We have tools\, but please feel free to bring your own) \n\n\n\nOptional: Folding Handsaw \n\n\n\nSafety meeting promptly starts at 9:00 a.m. Please arrive 15-20 mins early to ensure that you are adequately checked in.
