Be aware of them at all times. Powell Butte has a few decent singletrack trails that are\, however\, not very long\, but can give you a brief rush. There is nothing technical about Powell Butte. Pretty simple stuff here. The USFS gives us the OK to camp right near the lake for this weekend of digging\, riding and hanging out.  More info and registration here. \nNote:  If you sign up and aren’t able to make it\, please let the organizers know.  A lot of work goes into coordinating work parties for this event and they need as much heads-up about changes as possible to plan.
