DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day of trail maintenance at Sandy Ridge focused on the new skills area. \n\n\n\n\nregister here\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nDIG DAY — Sandy Ridge\n\n\n\n9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Sandy Ridge Trailhead \n\n\n\nTrail work will last approximately 6 hours\, wrapping up at 3:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nWhat To Bring: \n\n\n\nYour bike (optional) \n\n\n\nWork clothes: Light long sleeve shirt\, long pants (no shorts)\, boots\, gloves\, eye protection \n\n\n\nJacket (be prepared) \n\n\n\nHard hat or bike helmet (mandatory) \n\n\n\nWater \n\n\n\nSnacks \n\n\n\nLunch \n\n\n\nFavorite trail tool\, McLeod or Rouge Hoe (We have tools\, but please feel free to bring your own) \n\n\n\nOptional: Folding Handsaw \n\n\n\nSafety meeting promptly starts at 9:00 a.m. Please arrive 15-20 mins early to ensure that you are adequately checked in. We work in all weather (except for high wind and snow)\, so come prepared for the elements (and change of clothes in the car for when we finish). \n\n\n\nOnce registered\, please sign the waiver HERE \n\n\n\nEmail SandyRidge@nw-trail.org with any questions
