Summary of work goals
If the Skeet Chute clear cut isn’t too wet, we will be working on a new black descent (Honkers). Debris has been cleared so we will focus on some minor benching, berms to build, and general tuning of the line.
If the clear cut is too wet, we will work on clearing corridor for another new descent in the trees.
Specific work focus
General improvement of roughed in line.
Tools needed
- Shovels
- Hoes
- Steel Rakes / Sturdy rock rakes
Gear Suggestions
Sturdy hiking soles will help with traction as the clear cut can be very slick in the wet. Be prepared for mud and make sure you wear good gloves. Bring a backpack or bag with water, snacks, and anything else you may need.

Will we be riding after?
Yes, if weather permits
Note
We will plan on meeting at the main RP lot for our pre-work briefing, then hike a few minutes to the trail or drive in depending on the work area.
