Fueling for Performance: A Workshop for Women who Ride – 4/7

April 7 @ 6:30 pm 8:30 pm

If you are riding a mountain bike, you are an athlete—fuel like one.

This is an event for women looking for ways to improve performance, health, and energy on and off the bike.

Hear from fellow trail sisters, Dr. Kortnee Dillon and Functional Nutrition Practitioner Kristin Stevens. Topics include:

  • The importance of carbs, protein, and fats. And how to adjust your macros for different training days
  • Nutrient timing: what to eat pre, during, and post exercise, with examples
  • Hydration
  • Tips to optimize performance: energy availability, carbohydrate timing, labwork, and supplements
  • How fueling off the bike is just as important as on the bike.
  • What does your relationship with food look like?
  • Food celebration! Food is not meant to be feared but celebrated in its entirety.
  • Inside the kitchen: Make it fun!

Cost is only $30 and you will receive handouts, recipe books, samples, free consultations with Kris and Kort, and a chance to win some valuable wellness raffle prizes.

This event will likely sell out. Get your tickets early!

Ticket costs go directly to the presenters. Any additional proceeds will benefit NW Trail Sisters. If the price is a barrier for you, please contact us (email below) for scholarship options.

Refunds available up to 4 days prior to event.
