Campout, Rides, & Trail Work – 5/3

Weekend event celebrating the construction of a new technical MTB trail in the Columbia Gorge near Cascade Locks, Oregon.
Join us for a weekend of outdoor fun and trail stewardship in the breathtaking Columbia Gorge!
Event Highlights:
Campout Social: Embrace ‘mountain bike’ camaraderie under the stars with fellow volunteers!
Group Rides: Come prepared to enjoy both day and night rides (hint- bring your lights)
Trail Work: Be a trail hero! Contribute to the construction of a new technical trail. Then get a chance to test ride what we have built afterward.
Why Attend:
Hands-On Contribution: Whether you’re a seasoned trail builder or new to the game, everyone is welcome to join in the trail-building excitement.
Tools and Guidance: We provide the tools and expert guidance, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trail-building experience.
Give Back: Your enthusiasm and teamwork will make a lasting impact on the local mountain biking community and the trails we cherish.
Location: We have reserved the group campsites at the Wyeth Forest Service Campground. All you need to do is to register and join the fun.
Dates: Friday May 3 – Sunday May 5. Join us for all of the weekend -or just part of it.
What To Bring:
- Sturdy work clothes and closed-toe shoes for trail work
- Hard hat or bike helmet and your favor trail tool if you have one
- Camping gear for a comfortable overnight experience
- Food and beverages
- Mountain bike, safety gear for the rides, and lights
