TSI Trail School @ Gateway Green on 3/27

March 27 @ 10:00 am 3:00 pm

The Trail Sustainability Institute will be hosting Trail School at Gateway Green.

About this event

Northwest Trail Alliance’s Trail Sustainability Institute’s goal is to foster a culture of land stewardship within the mountain bike community. By teaching folks to build sustainable trails and by training experienced trail stewards to lead crews of trail builders, we are raising the level of our stewardship and increasing our capacity to build and maintain quality trails.

Trail School covers the fundamental skills needed to maintain our trails. Participants will be learning safety techniques and tool identification/uses and hands-on training of corridor clearing, drainage, as well as bench and tread work.

Where to Meet

We will be meeting near the Adaptive MTB area on the northside of the park.
