    Transcascadia Excursions is offering a 3-day guided women's MTB adventure at Timpanogas Lake.  Includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners, professional yoga instructors, swimming and mountain biking.  It's got a bit of a price tag, but it sounds like it's worth it.  More details and registration here.

    Trail Sisters’ end of summer blow out
