    Trail Restoration Day: Help Rebuild Our Mountain Bike Trails! Join us for a community effort to restore our beloved mountain bike trails impacted by a recent forest thinning project aimed at improving forest health. Together, we'll work to repair and enhance the trails to ensure they're safe, sustainable, and ready for riders again. This restoration effort will be flexible, as we'll adapt our work to the unique challenges presented by the thinning project.     Come join us in the Tillamook for a fun-filled day of recreation, stewardship, and fun times afterward! The scope of work for the fall and winter is still a bit TBD at this point, but similar to years past we'll be focusing on maintaining shared-use trails (Gales Creek, Storey Burn, Wilson River Trail, Historic Hiking Loop) by removing blowdown, pruning them back, improving drainage, and re-shaping the tread caused by erosion in the rugged and steep (but gorgeous) Coast Range Mountains.
