Last weekend, volunteers returned to Hagg Lake to continue rerouting a section of the Hagg Lake Loop Trail where a bridge had been uprooted. The team focused on clearing several hundred feet of new corridor, felling and removing downed trees, and tackling thick vegetation to prepare for the new alignment.

It was a sunny but cool day, perfect for hard work alongside some of NWTA’s most dedicated volunteers. The reroute will improve drainage, enhance the riding experience, and reopen a section of the 13.6-mile loop that has been closed and redirected onto a nearby road.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped move this project forward.
