    Join Northwest Trail Alliance for a day of shuttled riding at Sandy Ridge! NWTA's annual fundraiser helps raise critical dollars that go right back into trails and bike programming. Each entry cost provides you with unlimited shuttle laps, refreshments, and great community vibes.     Join NWTA and OSU on June 16 for a group ride at Tualatin Mountain Forest (Rocky Point), led by Jake Barker (OSU Extension Forester). Join NWTA and OSU on June 16 for a group ride at Tualatin Mountain Forest (Rocky Point). Led by Jake Barker (OSU Extension Forester), the ride will include several stops to explore various forestry topics, including: forest ecology, restoration forestry, management and recreation. We will visit the recently harvested areas and discuss approaches to ecological silviculture in western Oregon.     Join Orogenesis and the Northwest Trail Alliance deep in the Gifford Pinchot this June to finish our maintenance work on the Tillicum Trail—have you ridden it yet? Tillicum is one of the most primitive trails remaining on the 18omi Loowit Tier we launched last summer. Let’s finish tuning it up! A historic and surprisingly fun trail, and relatively easy pedal loop. Come for one day or campout and do both.     Join NWTA and Metro Natural Resource Scientist and Wildlife Biologist Katy Weil for a MTB ride around Chehalem Ridge. NWTA is thrilled to collaborate with Metro's Katy Weil , who serves as a Natural Resource Scientist and Wildlife Biologist for Metro. As we move through the nature park on our ride together, we will observe sections of coniferous forest, Oregon white oak woodland and savannah, and the native shrubs in between.
