On Saturday, January 10, a large and energetic crew showed up to continue improving Andyland at Rocky Point. Many of the volunteers were NICA team riders and their parents, bringing both numbers and enthusiasm to the work day.

The group focused on addressing several problem areas along the trail. Volunteers rebuilt tread in sections that had turned into trenches, reshaped berms to improve flow and make the downhill ride more fun, trimmed back encroaching trees, and completed critical drainage work to help the trail hold up through wet conditions.

By the end of the day, the crew had worked their way up to the top of Andyland from the backside nearest The Hive, covering just over half a mile of trail. In addition, they wrapped up two unfinished sections from a previous dig day, helping bring continuity and consistency to the trail.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to help, especially the NICA riders and families who gave their time and energy to support the trails they ride.
