November was member appreciation month with NWTA. All you had to do was be a member, and you had a chance to win prizes from Lolo Racks or Trans Cascadia Excursions, both Northwest Trail Alliance sponsors. The lucky winner of a Lolo Rack was NWTA member Peter Dydo. He picked up his rack at Lolo HQ in NE Portland, where the racks are designed and manufactured locally. Lolo is not only an NWTA sponsor but their owner and staff are epic trail builders and trail stewards.
NWTA Member Joseph Ward won a pair day passes with Trans Cascadia Excursions for 2022. NWTA member Joseph Ward won a pair of day passes with Trans Cascadia Excursions for 2022. Trans Cascadia trips are epic guided backcountry journeys on Oregon and Washington’s most remote trails, offering shuttles 7 days a week from their HQ in Oakridge, and single-day epic rides up and down the Cascade range from Oakridge to the Border of Canada, including the Gifford Pinchot, the Okanogan-Wenatchee, and the Willamette National Forests. Trans Cascadia is also a very significant contributor to maintaining these and other remote trails.
Congratulations to Peter and Joseph, and thank you, Lolo Racks and Trans Cascadia Excursions, for supporting NWTA with your generosity.
