It’s time to register for the NWTA “Active Volunteer” Leadership Retreat which will occur on
October 12, 2019.
What is it?
The Active Volunteer Leadership Retreat is open to anyone interested in getting involved with NWTA.
It’s our yearly meeting to review what we accomplished during the year and work together to sketch out what we want to do in the year ahead. We’ll put together a rough schedule of events, form up groups of interested folks, and recognize the active volunteers from the year.
Who should come?
Anyone interested in being actively involved in leading, planning, or delivering NWTA events, work parties, or otherwise helping us make good things happen for mountain biking in our region.
Even of you haven’t been involved in the past but are interested please come out and hear about what we’ve done and what we want to do. It’s a friendly group and we’re always looking for folks who want to get involved.
Our ability to do cool stuff is primarily limited by the capacity of the core group of active volunteers who plan events, lead trail crews, and otherwise step up to be a driving force for making things happen.
