Wayne Taylor Naillon (April 29 1950 – May 11 2016)
Wayne Naillon was born to Roy and Genevieve Naillon on April 29, 1950 in Vancouver, WA. He passed away on May 11th in Scappoose. Wayne was
8th of 11 children and was proceeded in death by two brothers and has 8 remaining siblings. He graduated from AC Davis High School in Yakima and graduated from Brigham Young University. His career was that of helping others and had 68 foster children over the years. He worked for Multnomah County Mental Health and Addiction Services.

His Hobbies were Bluegrass music, biking (both road and mountain), and the development and maintenance of trails. Wayne was an amazing individual who spent countless hours developing trails in the Tillamook Forest.
