Request For Proposal: Johnny Royale Trail Refresh, Sandy Ridge Trail System
Northwest Trail Alliance (NWTA), in collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cascade Field Office, is seeking bid proposals from qualified Design-Build Trail Contractors (Contractor) to provide professional services to refresh a 1.3 mile jump line, at Sandy Ridge Trail System, 13 miles east of Sandy, Oregon.
