Not only did we raise $6,000+ for the ongoing development of the Sandy Ridge Trail system, but we had a blast doing it. Once again this event sold out in advance and was a huge success.
Special Thanks to Dennis Veatch and Shane Gould for organizing this event as well as the 30 + volunteers who help make this event possible. Multiple people volunteered for important duties such as gatekeepers/parking stewards, Bike Patrollers, sign-in team, truck drivers, and photographers. Without these people, we couldn’t have this event.
Thank you to our sponsors such as Bike Gallery and Trek who provided demo bikes, mechanical service, and a tasty BBQ. The Lumber Yard, Clif Bar, and Hopworks Brewing also contributed to the successful event.
The fall Sandy Shuttle is Sept 16th. Sign up early so you can join the fun again.
And… if you love to ride SRT (Sandy Ridge Trail) make sure that you sign up for the SRT trail projects in the future. https://nw-trail.org/
