On Wednesday, February 26, a group of riders gathered at Hopworks Brewery for an evening of skill-building, community, and inspiration at the Ladies AllRide x NW Trail Sisters Body Positioning Presentation.

The event kicked off with food, drinks, and plenty of social time before attendees were treated to a special video call from Lindsey Richter, the powerhouse behind Ladies AllRide. Lindsey, known for her fearless approach to riding, wowed the audience with video footage of her rock-climbing skills.

The night’s main event was a high-value coaching session led by Tay, covering key mountain biking techniques through a mix of video analysis and expert instruction. From cornering and technical climbing to downhill positioning and tackling drops, attendees gained insight into the finer details of body positioning that can make all the difference on the trail.

One of the biggest takeaways? Proper bike positioning isn’t just about riding smoother—it’s about riding with more confidence and control. And thanks to the generosity of Ladies AllRide, all attendees received a $75 discount toward a Ladies AllRide camp, making it even easier to take their skills to the next level.
A huge thank you to Tay and the Ladies AllRide crew for sharing their knowledge, and to Hopworks Brewery for providing the perfect venue for a night of learning and connection.
