TUALATIN HILLS PARKS AND REC (THPRD) is partnering with the Northwest Trails Alliance to expand the bike track at Eichler Park. The bike track will be extended toward the south end of the park to improve safety. This expansion will add more space between riders, promote access to a variety of skill levels, and improve the overall function of the bike track. This project also includes the addition of picnic tables, the building of a split rail fence as a safety barrier between bikers and other park visitors, and the development of a centralized main entrance, which will provide better visibility and safety for park visitors.

Construction is currently planned to start on May 1 and finish by May 31, 2021. Construction will take place over the weekends and will allow other areas of the park to remain open, including the play area.
