Parking at Sandy Ridge Trailhead

Sandy Ridge Trailhead Parking

Project UPDATE as of 2.6.18

– Improvements are being made at the Bureau of Land Management’s Sandy Ridge Trailhead, including new asphalt to help expand the parking area, which will provide additional parking spaces, some with tailgate bump-outs. All trails will remain open during construction activities.

“We appreciate the public’s understanding as we make these improvements to better visitors’ experiences at this sought after mountain biking destination,” said Jose Linares, BLM Northwest Oregon District Manager.

Due to safety concerns, access will be limited at the trailhead February 7 to 9.

Visitors are encouraged to use alternate means of transport such as shuttle buses, carpooling, or drop-offs, as there will be minimal parking
available.

Please do not block the gate to Homestead Road to allow for emergency and administrative vehicle access.
